Patric Lemagnen

Patric is a Procurement and Supply Chain Specialist with over 12 years buying experience across a variety of categories in both retail and indirect areas of procurement, for both the public, third and private sectors.

His expertise spans large and complex infrastructure contracts, focusing on whole life cost reduction.

Categories of spend he has worked in include major Works/ Construction (experience in NEC and JCT forms of contract, and working across the lifecycle of projects, including post-contract award), IT (infrastructure, software and hardware), Corporate Services, Real Estate Development, Retail, Utilities & Energy, Facilities Management, as well as Finance and Treasury.

His areas of expertise include strategic analysis, project management, supplier relationship management, outsourcing, project delivery, procurement compliance (OJEU/UK PCR/Procurement Act), category strategy implementation, post-award contract management, and handling complex supplier negotiations.

Patric is currently working within the Qiddiya Master Development Unit team.
