Tom Moore

Tom is a procurement and supply chain management expert with broad international experience. He has extensive knowledge of large, complex infrastructure contracts with a focus on whole life cost reduction.

Tom has deep experience in the management of high technical risk construction and engineering supply chains.

He has detailed knowledge of strategic sourcing, contract management, category management and supply chain strategies.

Currently working on the Qiddiya Southwest Sub-Precinct.
