Mike Gillespie

Mike has over 20 years of experience in procurement and commercial management at both strategic and operational levels in the public and private sectors.

He specializes in developing procurement strategies, managing tendering processes, contract formation and management, and tailoring solutions to meet each client’s specific needs while ensuring the delivery of high-quality services.

Mike is currently working in the development of the procurement strategy for the €1Bn airport expansion programme, and supporting with the Air Traffic Control re-procurement as well as a new furniture framework agreement.

Qualifications
BSc (Hons) Business Management, Supply Chain Innovation, Strategy and Management, Cities & Technology and Systems Thinking.
