His extensive experience spans projects ranging from £3M to +£500M, covering public and private sectors including Residential, Education, Hotel, Retail, and Mixed-Use, utilising various JCT, FIDIC, and bespoke contracts.
Lee’s specialist knowledge encompasses cost planning, pre/ post-contract administration, negotiation, cost control, value engineering, and project monitoring.
