Paul O’Dowd

Paul is a procurement and contracts specialist with experience in delivering complex construction projects in the UK and Middle East.

He has led the procurement of infrastructure projects such as a new cultural and education development in London, a major design package for a high-speed rail link in the UK, and one of the main stadia for the Qatar 2022 FIFA World Cup.

He also developed as a Procurement Lead of the London 2012 Olympic Delivery Authority (ODA) team. 

Paul is currently providing procurement services for the HS2 Euston station in London.
