Nina Heath

Nina is a procurement specialist with extensive international experience in construction, professional services, IT, and engineering projects across both the public and private sectors.

She has successfully managed and delivered complex, high-value procurements in the UK, Europe, and Australia.

Nina is currently contributing to the Peru Reconstruction Project, leading the procurement of Early Warning Systems for the regions of Piura, Ica, and Tumbes.

These systems designed to mitigate risks associated with flooding, mass movements, and huaycos, are critical components of integrated flood prevention solutions. This project is being delivered for the National Infrastructure Authority (ANIN).
